We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 25% of the service cost. If we are not notified of the cancellation and the appointment does not take place due to client’s unavailability, the full amount of the service will be charged.
